Customers who are unsatisfied by the Product they received can return the Product by contacting Customer Service Department toll-free at (855) 298-0314. All the refund cases are sole handled by our customer service department. Return and refund can be initiated for the unused Products only and customers will need to return the unused Product. Customers can initiate the return process within 30 days from that date the customer received the Product. Following information are mandatory while emailing us for return process.

Other terms and conditions regarding refund policy:

– Customers are requested to provide full information. Insufficient or incorrect information may delay your refund process.

– Multiple refunds for same product is prohibited unless it is the Product delivered to you is defective or damaged.

– We reserve our right to refuse a refund to any customers who repeatedly request refund or who requests refunds in bad faith.

– We initiate your refund as earliest possible but it can n take up to thirty (30) days to appear on your credit or debit card statement depending on your bank billing and credit rules.

– We are not responsible for any returned Product that gets lost or stolen in transit to us. We recommend using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery of returned Products.

– Failure to use the Product can not be a basis for refusing to pay any associated charges.
